We set a bandwidth limit in Mikrotik Simple Queues for all IP and now we need to set one IP for access full speed.

So now we start to config go to Simple Queues = > Add New Simple Queues
Dst.: (Input your IP Address that you want to access full Speed)
Target Upload: 100MB
Target Download: 100MB
Move this Simple Queues to Top.
